Elite Closer provides remote high-ticket online sales closing services for companies with qualified sales call volume and offers priced at $2,000 or more. Specific service terms, commission structure, call assignment, reporting, payment, confidentiality, and responsibilities must be agreed in a separate written agreement before services begin.

Commission model

The website describes a standard commercial model of 10% commission per closed sale. Any final commission arrangement, payment timing, refund treatment, chargeback treatment, and tracking method must be agreed in writing between Elite Closer and the client.

No guarantee of results

Sales outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including offer quality, pricing, lead quality, market demand, fulfillment, sales process, and prospect qualification. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, close rate, or business result.

Client responsibilities

Prospective clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their business, offer, pricing, sales process, lead sources, calendar volume, refund policy, and any legal or compliance requirements related to their product or service.

Intellectual property

Limitation of liability
